In this role, you will be a part of a collaborative team effort to provide support to Medtronic's Global Supply Chain organization performing project coordination on key initiatives and conduct administrative duties such as schedule management, event planning, travel and expense reporting.
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Provides support to projects / programs
+ Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
+ Gathers and compiles information for reports
+ Presentation design and support working from notes / whiteboards
+ Provides administrative support to 3 Global Supply Chain Leaders and teams
+ Conduct administrative duties such as schedule management, event planning, travel and expense reporting
+ Coordination and collaboration across Groups, Businesses, Regions and Functions at varying levels
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6+ years of experience; project coordination or administrative support
Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
**Nice to Have**
+ Supply Chain experience
+ 2 or 4-year degree
+ Strong communication - in person and virtual
+ Solid organization skills
+ Self-starter / takes initiative
+ Problem solver
+ Ability to prioritize
