As a part of it, you will support its mission of creating meaningful and compassionate communication in a virtual world to promote healthy living by connecting, educating, advocating and innovating on behalf of our members. Specifically, the Social Media Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the Customer Experience team's social listening strategy and operations. Based on the voice of the customer, this role will identify actionable insights and bring them to the organization in a disciplined and effective manner creating new knowledge to improve the overall member experience. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage the ingestion and maintenance of social data in multiple social listening capabilities including topic groups, topic profiles, search terms and exclusions Support the day - to - day operations of social analytics capabilities Analyze data to identify emerging trends, confirm existing hypotheses or provide new directions for further investigation Perform deep dive analysis as required by the business Develop value added reporting for both operations leaders and product owners which could be shared up to an executive leadership level Develop and deploy a consumer care listening and continuous improvement program to drive actionable insights from our customers and beyond Lead Location Based Intelligence pilot program with appropriate lines of business Notify stakeholders with actionable insights based on data analysis through regular reporting rhythms and ad hoc analyze Design and deploy self - service social data dashboards for stakeholders Engage with stakeholders to advocate to relentlessly for customer experience driven decisions Optimize existing social care workflow so that it maximizes intelligence capture Produce a regular social care report for service levels and contact volume Based on volume analysis, forecast for social media contacts Manage vendor relationship for social analytics capability Support the Senior Director of Social Communities in building out a world - class strategy Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of Social Management tools 3+ years working with social media (either in a marketing or customer care capacity) 2+ years of experience in business analysis 3+ years of experience within a matrix organization 2+ years of developing executive ready reports / presentations 2+ years of professional social media usage (for a brand, agency or other organization) Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Microsoft office suite Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Sprinklr products Social customer care experience Operations experience Project management experience Healthcare experience Live within a commutable distance to Eden Prairie Careers with Optum.
