Sr. Business Agility Transformation Lead - Telecommute

Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) In this exciting role as Senior Business Agility Transformation Leader, you will be accountable for leading a set of efforts to introduce and implement Business Agility practices within our organization. You will build relationships at all levels throughout our organization and be able to directly see your impact on healthcare. In this strategic role, you will be effecting positive transformation in our organization and across our businesses.
This position is in the UHC Technology E&I organization.

as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Work with cross functional teams to define, plan and facilitate Business Agility workshops Host forums to share information on Business Agility concepts and practices Identify and implement solutions to mature our Business Agility practices Participate in the creation of Knowledge & Learning and communications materials Partner with the Optum Technology organization to identify cross organization opportunities to enhance our ability to execute Business Agility practices Help define metrics to measure our progress Serve as a trusted partner to our Business and Technology leaders by providing thought leadership and guidance on Business Agility concepts, practices and implementation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience 10+ years of overall business, operations and / or technology experience 7+ years of experience working on enterprise level initiatives within a fortune 500 company 7+ years of experience in a role where you have gained knowledge of how business and technology interact and operate together 5+ years of experience in a Leadership role, having lead direct reports 2+ years implementing Business Agility or Agile practices 3+ years of experience with presenting and facilitating in large groups to various levels including senior level executives Experience working with senior leaders Ability to travel domestically up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of healthcare experience Experience with large transformation programs Experience working in a matrix environment Familiar with concepts of Lean, Agile or Organization Effectiveness Strong facilitation and negotiation skills Enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and new ideas Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with all levels of the organization up to and including executives Well-developed informal influence & persuasion skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organizations Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and flex to changing circumstances Strong written and verbal communication skills Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
